Wednesday Workout

Tonight’s group workout:

  • Dynamic warm-up + agility drills
  • 1 mile easy warm-up jog
  • 4×800 meter intervals (with 200 meter recovery)
  • 1 mile easy jog cool-down
  • stretching

We got lucky again and had some cool weather (by Texas standards): only 80 degrees with a pleasant breeze!
