Wouldn’t you like to be fit enough to accomplish whatever physical feat you set your mind to, whether that may be running a 5k race, riding your bike in a local charity ride, or maybe even becoming an Ironman triathlete?

Wouldn’t you like to replace any unhealthy eating habits with good nutrition so you will look better, feel better, and do everything in your power to avoid chronic diseases of the West such as cardiovascular disease and cancer?

Wouldn’t you like to live a life where you savor the present moment, are happy, and able to cope easily with the stresses of daily life?

This is the life of a Placid Athlete!

There are three pillars to becoming a Placid Athlete:

·      Physical Fitness
